2NE1 released their highly anticipated "Crush" album, only 2 days after Girls' Generation unveiled their Mr.Mr. album - a very intense and exciting year for K-Pop indeed as two of the most popular girl groups in South Korea go head-to-head for number one on the music charts. The group's second album "Crush" is currently gaining attention in and out of South Korea and recently broke a new U.S. record for highest-charting, best-selling K-Pop album on Billboard.
